Refund and Returns Policy

It's important here at Little Ai Store that you are happy with your order and service that you have received from me. Please read the below information for your peace of mind.

Refund and Returns Policy

All of the bodysuits, tees, hoodies and crew neck jumpers are made to order. As a result, I do not offer refund for the product unless the product is faulty. Each clothing item has a colour and sizing guide, so please choose carefully, as I do not refund for items chosen incorrectly or for a change of mind. 

Please note: Colours may vary between web images and actual product, depending on the resolution of your monitor. Little Ai Store cannot be held liable for any differences in colour.

To be eligible for a full refund for your faulty item(s), your item(s) must not be used, altered or washed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and MUST also have the original tag still attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Having ensured you meet the above requirements, please get in touch with me on allison@littleaistore.com within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) and prior to returning the faulty item(s). Please provide some photos, an accurate and detailed description of your return so that I can process your refund.  

The faulty item(s) must be returned within 14 days after delivery to:

All return postage and insurance will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charge) will be refunded to the original payment method as soon as I receive your returned item(s) and you meet our conditions stated above. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or I am unable to fulfil your order, I will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

Cancelling an order

All of the clothing items are made to order. As a result, I cannot alter, exchange or refund your order for these products once you have placed an order. 

Late or missing refunds

Please note that refunding an order takes several days to process. Please  allow 5-10 business days for processing. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
